Have your autodial emergency elevator phone answered by a trained operator 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  In the event the elevator passenger does not respond, the trained operator will access the in-car camera and text screen to communicate with the entrapped passenger. The operator will contact three preselected emergency contacts and stay on the line with the entrapped people until help arrives.
